BUENO STUDIO provides custom digital creative services from Brazil to brands worldwide. We confirm the scope of each project in writing before production begins.
1. Services and project scope
We create AI-powered UGC-style videos, scripts, digital ad concepts and related short-form content. The deliverables, number of videos, duration, aspect ratio, voiceover, subtitles, revision allowance and license terms are defined in the written project proposal. Public package descriptions are starting offers; work outside the confirmed scope requires a separate written agreement.
2. Before work begins
A project begins once the client has approved the written scope, the agreed payment has been received, and the necessary brand information, reference material and permissions have been supplied. A successful payment alone does not guarantee that production can start without an approved brief. We may contact the client to clarify missing details.
3. Prices and payments
Packages are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed. Payment amounts, whether paid in full or by milestones, and any applicable charges are confirmed before checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment service such as Stripe. BUENO STUDIO does not collect or store complete card information on this website.
4. Turnaround and communication
Project-specific draft and final delivery estimates are agreed in writing before production. We do not guarantee a universal 48-hour or three-day turnaround. Late or incomplete assets, delayed feedback, significant scope changes, outages or events outside our reasonable control can affect the schedule. We will communicate material changes to an agreed deadline.
5. Revisions and approvals
Minor revisions may include small caption, text, pacing or visual adjustments consistent with the approved concept. New concepts, different presenters, substantially new scripts, additional video variants or a change in campaign direction are not minor revisions and may require an additional quote. The number of included revisions is set out in the selected package and confirmed proposal. Please review drafts and provide consolidated feedback through the agreed communication channel.
6. Client materials and permissions
Clients must have the rights and permissions to use any product images, trademarks, logos, audio, third-party footage and materials they provide. Clients remain responsible for verifying the accuracy and legal compliance of product claims, endorsements and advertising disclosures before publication. Please do not submit material that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
7. AI-generated creative
Deliverables may contain AI-generated presenters, voices, images, animations or backgrounds. Samples on our website are concept work with fictional brands, not testimonials or proof of client results. We do not guarantee platform approval, advertising performance, exclusivity of generic AI elements or identical recreation of any AI-generated output.
8. Delivery, usage and source files
Final deliverables are provided digitally in the format and scope agreed for the project. Unless specifically quoted, editable source files, raw generation assets and additional aspect ratios are not included. After the agreed price has been paid in full, the client may use the delivered final creative for the purposes stated in the quote, subject to any third-party licenses and applicable law. The client retains ownership of their pre-existing brand materials.
9. Cancellation, refunds and disputes
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy describes how requests are handled before and after production begins. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or lawful payment dispute rights. Please contact [email protected] if something is unclear or has not met the agreed scope.
10. Liability and legal rights
Each project is a creative service, not a guarantee of sales or advertising results. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are not waived by these terms. If an individually approved proposal conflicts with a general site description, the written project-specific scope controls to the extent permitted by law.
11. Updates and contact
