We do not advertise a fixed turnaround for every project. You receive a project-specific timeline before production, based on scope, assets and creative complexity.
1. Discovery and written proposal
Tell us about your product, audience, platforms, references and goals. We confirm the number and length of videos, format, concept, voiceover, subtitles, revision allowance, price and target delivery dates in writing. Nothing starts solely because someone submitted the contact form.
2. Payment and production start
After you accept the proposal and complete the agreed payment, production begins when the required product materials, brand assets and permissions are available. Missing information can delay the start date. If a deposit or milestone schedule is offered, it will be specifically stated in your project proposal.
3. Scripts, concepts and AI production
We develop the creative direction and produce AI-assisted visuals, presenters, voiceovers and/or edits consistent with the approved brief. We may ask for a quick script or concept approval before generating the final versions.
4. Draft review and revisions
We share a draft or preview through the agreed channel. A minor revision generally means a small edit to text, captions, timing or another detail that does not change the approved concept. A different angle, presenter, script, product or additional video is a scope change. Starter includes one minor revision. Growth and Creative Pack include minor revisions as defined in the written proposal. The Essential package includes the basic edit described in its scope; any added revisions must be confirmed before purchase.
5. Final delivery
Approved final videos are delivered digitally, normally as vertical 9:16 MP4 files unless a different format is agreed. File links may be sent by email or another mutually agreed delivery method. Extra aspect ratios, raw files and editable project files are included only when expressly listed in the quote.
6. How long does it take?
The project proposal states the target dates for the first draft and final delivery. Estimates account for the number of videos, complexity, client approvals and asset availability. We do not promise automatic delivery within 48 hours or three days. If review or materials are delayed, the project schedule may be adjusted, and we will communicate material changes.
7. Problems with delivery
If a promised file cannot be opened or a deliverable materially misses the approved scope, contact us at [email protected] and include the project reference. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution. Your rights under our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Package overview
All prices in USD. Custom requests and extra formats require a separate quote.
We are happy to clarify the scope before you pay.
